Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy:

The website reserves the right to accept or reject the order. Acceptance of the order requires the product to be shipped

Once the order is placed, an order confirmation with a unique order identifier will be sent to the registered email address and/or phone number. You understand that you must use the order ID number provided in all communications with us relating to your order placed.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order by contacting our customer service at the email address and/or phone number you provided. You will receive a full refund if the order is canceled on the same day the order is placed. Otherwise, the order is considered confirmed.

Refund

Because our products are perishable, all sales are considered final.

You are entitled to a refund:

If the order is canceled on the deadline;

If the ordered product is out of stock and the Website cannot produce and/or deliver it due to unforeseen circumstances;

If you received a broken or damaged bottle or incorrect product. In such event, please contact our customer service at the email address and/or telephone number provided within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the product. You are responsible for returning any unused product to the site.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products. You are responsible for returning 90% unused product to the site within three (3) days of receiving the product. For quality returns, the refund is subject to site approval. The product will be inspected and if the reason for the return is found to be true, the return will be initiated. You will be notified of the refund status via email and/or text.

If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the card or account used to complete the order, or to the original payment method.

You are not entitled to a refund if the shipment was returned due to an incorrect address;

if arrangements have not been made for taking delivery of the product;

if you refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery for reasons other than damage;

if product damage is reported 24 hours after receiving the product;

If a quality problem is reported after 3 days of receiving the product.

Shipping

You agree that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
